Investigative Intelligence Platform
Where an investigation converges.
DOSSIER pulls a subject's records from many primary public sources, resolves them into real-world entities, and measures how strongly independent sources agree. One workspace, from intake to a signed, custody-tracked report.
The problem
Manual cross-referencing does not scale.
A modern investigation is a dozen open tabs and a growing document. Records are copied by hand, identity is judged by eye, and the final report carries no defensible record of where each fact came from or whether it was changed. DOSSIER replaces that improvisation with a system that resolves, scores, and preserves the evidential record as it goes.
How it works
From subject to signed report.
- 01
Vet the engagement
Intake screening and conflict-of-interest checks before any work begins.
- 02
Collect from primary sources
Every query is stored as an append-only, content-hashed finding.
- 03
Resolve entities
Records are normalised, matched, and clustered into real-world entities.
- 04
Score convergence
How many independent sources confirm the same entity, weighted by reliability.
- 05
Secure the evidence
Media encrypted at rest, with an append-only chain of custody on every access.
- 06
Analyse, sign off, report
An AI analyst drafts; a named reviewer approves; the report is signed.
Capabilities
Built for the work investigators actually do.
Entity resolution & convergence
Independent corroboration over resolved entities, with honest confidence and common-name-collision risk surfaced.
Sanctions, PEP & adverse media
Screening flags shown as matches requiring verification, never as confirmed fact.
Sensitive media & custody
Surveillance photos, video and exhibits encrypted at rest with a verifiable chain of custody.
AI analyst with sign-off
An analyst that queries the live case data and drafts assessments, gated by human approval.
Case intake & vetting
Conflict checks and lawful-basis capture before an engagement proceeds.
Signed, versioned reports
Citation-enforced deliverables where every claim traces back to a finding.
What convergence means
Corroboration, measured honestly.
Convergence is the number of independent sources that confirm the same resolved entity, weighted by reliability. A name appearing in several places is only corroboration when a strong identifier ties the records together. Where it does not, DOSSIER flags the common-name risk and shows it as low confidence. Source coverage is reported separately, as breadth, never as certainty.
Who it's for
Private intelligence firms.
DOSSIER is built for professional investigation agencies and their service lines: due diligence, asset tracing, background screening, surveillance, corporate intelligence, counter-surveillance, fraud, litigation support, and more. It serves investigators, reviewers, case managers, and the clients who rely on the final report.
Security & governance
Defensible by design.
Tenant isolation & RBAC
Fail-closed authentication and per-organisation data isolation enforced in the data layer.
Evidence encryption
Media encrypted at rest with AES-256; decrypt-on-download is authenticated and logged.
Append-only custody & audit
Findings and evidence are append-only and hash-chained, with a full audit log of privileged actions.
GDPR posture
Lawful-basis and retention on record, with subject erasure and export and a documented DPIA.
Authorised access only.
